Hope and Associates, located in beautiful Atlanta, GA, was started by Nick Hope in 1999. Thanks to the ongoing growth of technology, our partners are now “virtual”. We are a boutique firm with a focus on building relationships, not pushing resumes.

Because we are a smaller firm, our team is able to spend more time building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients. Many of our clients have been with us from the beginning. We pride ourselves on giving everyone the individual attention they deserve.

Nick Hope began his career in the executive search business in 1997 with a nationally recognized search firm based in Atlanta, Ga. Since that time, Nick has completed hundreds of searches with companies ranging in size from “mom and pops” to Fortune 50. Prior to recruiting, Nick was a Sales Account Executive with a Fortune 100 company. After several successful years in outside sales, he was promoted to National Sales Trainer. Nick has a BA degree from Florida State University. Prior to college, he served in the U.S Army’s 25th Infantry Division.
